System Ecosystem

AACTS-3000 Components

AACTS-3000 Analyzer

Central detection unit. Houses TRU-RAD X-AIMS IMS engine, DDMS algorithm, spectral display, compound library, and data management. Accepts all filter card formats.

Core unit · All modes

High Volume Sampler (HVS)

Wide-area aspiration at ~1,500 L/min. Containers, vehicle interiors, aircraft cabins, open checkpoints. Sample via filter card to analyzer.

~1,500 L/min

Handheld Sampler (HHS)

Portable battery-operated precision sampling. Targeted surfaces, objects, personnel. ~100–150 L/min. Field-deployable without fixed infrastructure.

~100–150 L/min · Battery

Filter Card System

Reusable SPME-coated wire-mesh media. ~0.2 µm filtration. Universal transfer between all samplers and the analyzer. Up to 20 reuse cycles.

~0.2 µm · ≤20 reuse

Filter Card Cleaner

Thermal regeneration unit. ~5 min cycle. Multi-card processing. Removes residual analytes to restore adsorption capacity.

~5 min cycle

Breath Sampling Adapter

Healthcare extension for non-invasive VOC biomarker capture. 7–10 expirations. No reagents. Validated for TB screening (95.7% sensitivity).
